Whoever got my 10,000th pageview didn't notice, since no one contacted me about it. That's a shame. I'll run another giveaway type thing to make up for it once I figure out how I ought to run it. Any suggestions?

The only times I have seen page view number contests they were "advertised" in the current journal entry. I guess that's the best way for visitors to know about the contest.

Otherwise you could have it for X number OR the person closest to that number without being under it. I've never done one so I can't tell you a really super way to run it.
